Batteries and energy storage+
From 18 February 2027, passports apply to EV batteries, LMT batteries (such as e-bike batteries) and industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the EU market or put into service. Check your exact category and your companyβs role.
Fashion and textiles+
The battery deadline does not automatically apply to clothing. Relevant product acts define textile scope and timelines. You can already organize composition, origin and documentation.
Is a QR code enough?+
A QR code alone is not enough. It is an entry point. A passport needs the right data, identifier, access rules and infrastructure. Our demo illustrates the experience, not legal compliance.
